It seems like you are experiencing symptoms such as pain, itching, and black spots on your legs, which could be related to venous insufficiency or varicose veins. The black spots might indicate long-standing venous stasis or even skin changes due to chronic venous issues. Compression stockings can provide relief, and elevating your legs when resting can help reduce symptoms. However, a detailed assessment is necessary, and a Doppler ultrasound might be useful to evaluate the condition of the veins. You could also consider taking medications like Pregabalin if nerve-related pain is suspected, as mentioned by one of the doctors. Please consult me for a thorough evaluation and proper management plan.
