Leg swellng
Hello doc.. My dad is having leg swelling for the past 3 months, on and off.. unilateral,  pitting pedal edema.. No varicose veins..no signs of inflammation Should i worry

It should be investigated.best to visit a physician for a physical evaluation. Cbc,kft,lft,blood sugar,tsh and serum electrolyes may also need to be tested.

It may be due to many causes. Please get cbc,blood sugar,kft ,filarial parasiteand urine r/e tested
