Leg pain while movement
Hello...i have pain in the left leg below ankle joint it is not paining while simply sitting bt it use to pain while the movement... i have took medicine TRYBA(trypsin , bromelain ,rutoside trihydrate, aceclofenac) with doctor prescription..bt the pain hasnot releived...

This probably is Achilis Tendonitis. Take the above medicines three times a day along with Erinac P twice a day. and luke warm water fomentation.

Hello. Just apply any oil after warming it. Give some fomentation either in a napkin dipped and squeezed in hot water or a hot water bag. Do this for few days. It'll ease the pain. In case, you can appraoch nearby Ayurveda doctor.

I will suggest to get X ray ankle jt. AP n Lat. to rule out Calcaneum spur which can cause such pain known as plantar Fasciatis.
