HELLO,  TAKE A BUCKET FUL OF HOT WATER ADD SOME COMMON SALT DIP YOUR LEGS IN IT FOR SEVEN TO TEN MINUTES TWO TIMES A DAY. LOCALLY APPLY DR ORTHO OIL. WALK MORNING EVENING FOR TEN MINUTES. TAB VOVERAN SR 100 ONE PER DAY FOR TEN DAYS OR AS REQUIRED. PLENTY OF LIQUIDS.LIGNT DIET.OK.
