Leg pain after walking
Hi, I have knee joint pain due to Vitamin D deficiency. At the same I felt like I need to reduce weight (weight 58kg, height 155cm) so started daily walking 30 mins in the morning. But my legs are paining, is that pain is normal? Walking is good or bad in this condition. Can you please advise me

It depends whats the cause of palsy...any compression ...which is correctable..or reqt of hydridisse
