He is suffering from severe left leg pain left hand and lower back pain Seems like sickle cell crises Cbc report is normal... already shown to hameotologist... He suffering from last 3 4 days My question is ... how much naprosyn 250 I can give to him... his weight isc52 kg Already I am giving 3 times a day... evert 6 hour But still in continuous pain... and got severe after 5 hour... Can I add one more naprosyn in a day today 4 naprosyn 250

Naproxen 250mg TID is enough. If pain doesn't reduce, consult the doctor for reassessment

It can be given 250 mg every 6 hrly.. do blood uric acid , in hyper uricaemia other drugs are needed.
