Cramps can be due to dehydration, muscle soreness or fatigue or even calcium deficiency. Take proper hydration and exercise including stretching exercises. If pain is severe you can take some medication for pain as temporary measure. If It persists, consult an orthopedician.
take
Tab Etova ER 400 twice daily for 10 days
Tab pan 40 once daily for 5 days
tab chymoral forte one tab three times a day for 5 days
cap T heal one tab two times a day for 30 days
Use water bottle filled with water chilled to ice and roll your feet on it for 10 min twice a day
Pain n cramps are v common in this hot summer session. It can be due to electrolyte disbaalace. Not maintaining enough hydration.
There r other medical conditions also causing cramps.
