Sir my frnd git leg amputated before five yrs below the knee now she z developing pain at cut end of tibia and when she wears artificial limbs she got bleeding to

Get coagulation profile checked up.Is he on Asprin. Cause for which amp. was done.to be seen. It is rare to get bleeding like this. It may be a sore.

Plz check it with the concerned surgeon if bleeding is there, it rarely happens like that, that to after 5 yrs lot difficult to explain possible dehiecence at stump wound is happening!

post amputation heterotropic ossification (bony spur) formation is seen at cut end in many amputation cases as a complication

its the nerve endings which are causing pain..neuroma formation...nerve endings were not cut adequately...you have three options..1.live with pain killers and adequate cushioned orthosis.2.get ur nerve endings adequaTly cut by an orthopaedic surgeon 3
