Bow legs ( below the knee)
I have bow legs from knee onwards. While standing with the feet together , the knees are far apart from each other , but the ankles have a small gap between them and don not touch each other. It does not cause any problem in day to day activities. But since , I will be trying for the Armed Forces , they do not allow people with bow legs. Can you please tell me few exercises which can help , because surgery is very costly Thank you in advance :)

I am pleased to hear you want to join armed forces. All the best to you. At your age, bow legs cannot be corrected by any exercises. It may not be bow legs at all, but may be due to your posture. See an Orthopaedic surgeon for proper assessment. Surgery is not advice able for this. Also, do not assume the armed forces will not take you in. Please go ahead and see what they want and if you pass all other tests, they will take you in. Good luck.
