Left testicle pain

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I feel pain in my left testicle,I faced this before also so I thought of showing a doctor and done ultra sound also ,the reports were normal he said some infection is there,and gave some medicine,the pain relieved but now again the pain occurred,I felt one small lump on the left top of my left testicle,it is painful.So I want to know if it is due to some infection or my frequent masturbation caused this?
