Left side pain
I mostly sleep on my left side from the past 2-3 days I am experiencing a sharp shoulder pain on left which radiates to back and left arm and also sometimes I feel 1-2 sec pain under my breast or ribs ! I am also a anxiety patient n thinks extreme negative wen it comes to my health . M I suffering from heart problem? Though my TMP was normal in Dec 2015

To rule out cardiac etiology of the pain get ecg and echo done
If both are normal go for a stress test

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
For your shoulder pain you can take a tab. Zerodol-th8 twice a day after food for 3 days.
Also, i would suggest you consult a psychiatrist in person for further evaluation and management.
He will help you further.
