  3. Left side neck and sholder pain.

Left side neck and sholder pain
Left side neck  and back side of shoulder from up to down severe pain for last few days . I think it happens at sleeping time but now more over ten to twenty days fast but still the pain is there. If it is any symptoms of high blood pressure or high sugar or high cholesterol? I couldn't rotate  my head left to right side that time also feel pain pls give me reply as soon as possible.
