Left Shoulder moving upwards during walk
Whenever I walk my left shoulder moves upwards and right shoulder moves downwards while walking making an abnormal gait.What could be the reason and how to correct.I also feel some nerve pain in right leg.

As per the details given by you this is related to your scapular dysfunction. Get it checked by a physio.It can be corrected by taping technique and some exercises. Do them under supervision.
