Sciatica and frozen shoulder
My mother is having sciatica in her left leg with swelled and stiffed left foot due to which she is unable to walk. She also has frozen left shoulder. She is suffering from disc slip problem since 30years. There is a problem in 3 rings of her spinal cord.

Ask her to do hot packs over spine & left leg. She needs to do some side stretch of spine in lying. She need to be consulted with an expert Physiotherapist for physiotherapy treatment for frozen shoulder & sciatica treatment .
