Left shoulder joint pain
Hi Doctor, I have a left shoulder joint pain when I lift my arm up sideways, the pain also radiates down to my elbow, wrist joint. Also get a click when I bring my arm down. The pain is not very severe. But it's not going away either. What all can I do to get rid of this pain at home without taking any painkillers. Thanks.
