Left scrotum pain and back pain.
From few months I m feeling pain in left scrotum.on the first day I was feel hard pull in my left scrotum there after continuous pain in lower left back and if I sit or stand for long time I feel sharp pain in left testicle and urine become warm and light yellow.what will be the reason??plz help me.

Take medicine Anti inflammatory like Tab. Lyser -D BD, and take sitz bath in warm water....if problem continues then get a USG scrotun
