I have been suffering with left hand pain since last two days. I am 30 years old and a mother of a 1 year old. The pain starts from top and goes till fingers, neck and back. Kindly suggest

Hi, u shd tske good care of ir neck posture esp while freding n holding the kid. Seems like a nerve pain originating from the neck and going all the way down to the hand...Do hot water bottle sikai and Take Nurokind LC once daily.If u r still feeding the kid,.then make sure to hv calcium supplements surely.
