I had a left hamstring sprain and it happened over a month ago. I do dance and a couple weeks ago was our hardest week. My leg had been 65% better and I barley felt it. My physical theropod said I could dance at state. We then had 4 days off after that. It was fine it didn’t hurt. Then we had really easy practices and barley did anything. And I feel that it is getting worse and even my right hamstring is sore

Till yet it is not healed up completely. You need to take some more sessions of Physiotherapy. He/She has to train your muscle eccentrically then only you will get complete relief.
