You should go to the nearest physiotherapy clinic.If you have grade 2 tear then it will be fully recover by taking proper physiotherapy treatment. Plz go with MRI report, so physiotherapist can give you proper exercise protocol according to your grade of injury.

Hi friend!! If I am not mistaken you are reading this from your MRI report. But let me tell you from my 14 years experience that you may recover very well if it is grade 2 tear. please visit a good & experienced sports physiotherapist nearby. Get yourself analysed according to your physiotherapist. Surely you will recover soon!!

Dear you need to visit physiotherapy clinic for treatment, sometimes grade 2 acl tear will heal with physio sessions only, you cant try anything at home in this situation.

Partial tears need not be operated. If the knee is unstable(collapses under pressure)then it might need surgery

Visit near by physiotherapy clinic,and take a proper assessment ,if it is grade 2 physiotherapy exercises and Ultrasonic therapy will help you. Visit clinic with ur reports,so that they will suggest u proper treatment.
