From past 8 months I observe swollen on left elbow beside.is it because of fat.i don't have pain.when iam placing my elbow on bed I feel thickness

Need physical examination and or better photos mam. It's probably a lipoma swelling.. it can be operated and removed if it troubles you. Otherwise no need to do anything .. if there is pain we might need to think of other tumours like sebaceous cyst or synovial cyst
