Hi,
I am having left bottom molar tooth pain. I think tooth is cut and I am having pain in that area. Please suggest me some medicine as due to lock down all dentist are closed. Till that time pleae suggest me some pain killer.

My first advice for you not to have pain for another couple of weeks is , you must not consume anything that is hot
(Coffee,Tea,Water)
Use any thing room temperature
Start with
Ciplox TZ 500 mg twice x3 days +2
Combiflam thrice x3 days
Gargle with chlohex mouthwash thrice
Pain will subside
Don’t allow food debris
Eat well
If you have Gastritis
Pan D 40 twice before meals
TC
Visit your Dentist after lockdown
Stay safe

Take:-
•Tab O2 twice daily for 5days after meals
•Tab Combiflam twice daily for 5days after meals
•Tab Rablet D once daily for 5days before meals
•Apply Colgate Pain out gel OR Clove oil (home remedy) on affected area
•Thermoseal repair toothpaste apply and keep for 15 minutes and with soft brush from gums towards the teeth
•Warm saline rinses
•Hexidine mouthwash twice daily for 14 days
☆☆☆In case of acute severe pain 2 Tablets of Ketorol DT dispersed in water OR Tramadol OR Voveran
☆☆☆In case patient is alcoholic or has consumed same within 15 days DO NOT take O2 as it has life threatening reaction instead take Augmentin 625mg
