Clearly the mri report indicates ACL tear and medial meniscus tear. If you experience instability and pain and licking of knee joint, surgery is the only option. You can visit me in clinic for examination and better understanding of the disease and it's management

Considering your age you will definitely require ACL reconstruction. We can confirm the MRI findings only by physical examination
Next Steps
Please visit a nearby orthopedician
