Left 1/4 fallopian tube blocked
Recently in hsg test it was identified that my left tube is blocked..any medicative treatment to cure this..also i have ovulates from left ovary only in past few months..any reason right ovary not ovulating..my amh is 4.6..wil homeopathy help with blocked tubes?

Normally there is ovulation in each ovary alternately. That should be happening in your case also , unless there is some inherent problem with the right ovary that it can't ovulate.

You need to undergo laparoscopic tubal recanalisation for tubal blockage.
Homeopathy or any other medicines are not going to help for tubal blockage.
Surgery is only option.
