Late periods
Actually my periods have not come by last 2 months
Also after unprotected intercourse on 23-26 july i missed my periods on 6 August
On 20 august i have done pregnancy blood test in the results is 1.24 and also done three urine home pregnancy test which is also negative
But my periods still not come

Your serum β-hCG (1.24 mIU/mL) and repeated urine pregnancy tests are negative, so pregnancy is unlikely. Since it has been almost 2 months without periods, this could be secondary amenorrhea due to hormonal imbalance, stress, PCOS, thyroid or prolactin abnormalities.
Please consult a gynecologist for evaluation, including ultrasound and hormonal investigations if required.
