Late Night Sleep Disorder
Since with my work timings, my sleep routines been badly affected. How can I recover now. Please help. Now I can go to bed earlier, but trouble in sleeping. I work in IT.

Unlearn the habit. You may  consult psychiatrist who will prescribe some medication for short period of time.
