Don’t worry.. You are not pregnant... wait for next menses...If you missed your periods again ..Plz do repeat urine pregnancy test and Serum B HCG .. If Negative .. do USG pelvis...And Do Sr. TSH... Consult Gynecologist for further check up

One line on urine pregnancy test means not pregnant or pregnancy not detectable now. It could well be delayed ovulation and very early pregnancy but not yet detected by urine pregnancy test. To be extra sure, do a hormonal test : serum bhcg.
Consult a qualified gynaecologist.

Please do a pregnancy test with morning sample fasting urine .Do it correctly by 2 drops. If there are two lines on your pregnancy kit card it suggests pregnancy a single line is not suggestive of pregnancy
Next Steps
If still no periods you can get a serum BetaHCG blood test done to be sure that it is pregnancy or night
Health Tips
If Serum BetaHCG is less than 5 then you are not pregnant
If BetaHCG is less than 5 please take Tablet Meprate 10 mg twice a day for 5 days. You will get your periods after you stop taking the medication after 7 days
