LASIK QUERY
1. How safe is femto lasik? 2. What are the long term effects of lasik ( after 10 years or so) 3. Can eye vision deteriorate some time after lasik? 4. Most serious question If Lasik is mostly safe, then why don't many opthalmologists who are using specs and are below 40 years, don't opt for lasik for themselves ? 5. Is there any very serious complication that can happen with femto lasik? How much rare is that? ( Like blindness etc. ) 6. Recovery period after having femto lasik?

The complication rate with Femto lasik is lower than microkeratome lasik but it can still occurs. If u r worried about safety then go for surface ablation or smile it's safest. Regarding ophthalmologist not having lasik done themselves I know many who underwent LASIK themselves.
