1. How safe is femto lasik?

If Lasik is mostly safe, then why don't many opthalmologists who are using specs and are below 40 years, don't opt for lasik for themselves ?
5. Is there any very serious complication that can happen with femto lasik? How much rare is that? ( Like blindness etc. )

The complication rate with Femto lasik is lower than microkeratome lasik but it can still occurs. If u r worried about safety then go for surface ablation or smile it's safest. Regarding ophthalmologist not having lasik done themselves I know many who underwent LASIK themselves.
