Laser or surgery for Fistula treatment
I have multiple fistulas and causing great level of pain. Do you recommend laser surgery or fistulotomy surgery. My understanding is that fistulotomy does give permanent solutions, not sure about laser? Can you pls guide. Also after surgery, how much time it takes to be able to sit and workout of office?

Usually Fistulotomy/ Laser surgery/ VAAFT etc.; is advised for Fistula treatment. But neither of these is a good choice for the reason of recurrence of Anal Fistula after surgery (in about 25% cases recurrence of Anal Fistula is reported in all of these treatments) and other complications like stool incontinence (inability to hold stool ) etc.
However, Anal Fistula can be completely treated by Graded Ksharsutra Treatment. Clinical trials conducted by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) at AIIMS New Delhi and PGI Chandigarh have confirmed that Ksharsutra treatment is more effective and more convenient than surgery in patients suffering from Anal Fistula. If you have multiple fistulas then it is complex fistula. You will have to get MRI pelvis done and then the surgery is planned accordingly. But best results are seen with Surgery in complex fistulas. Yes, it will definitely take 1-2months for healing of wound depending on individual factors and severity of the disease.

Ok its surgical condition but surgery is not success because recurrence it again and again so avoid fistulotomy or lessr, only kshara sutra is cure it.KSHARA SUTRA treatment?

Fistulatomy is better then laser.it is painstaking but will give you complete healing and recurrency is minimal .
But if you can give 2 week to me then i can give you relief.

Fistula is curable without surgery in homeopathy.

Fistula in Ano is very beautifully recovering through Ksharsutra process of Ayurveda.
With Ksharsutra chances of recurrence ( as maximum cases I have found in my practice are recurrence of fistulectomy) is approx nil.
There's no need of as such bed rest.
So it's a complication free & most effective treatment process for Anal fistula.
