Large peritoneal inclusion cyst right
I am having less or no bleeding in my periods though period cycle is normal and having heavy pain first 2 days of the period expressing this from around last 2 years, so Dr suggested to undergo TVS and in TVS it says Large peritoneal inclusion cyst right overy of around 5 x 6 CM. Now Dr suggested to undergo lapro and histo scopy, is thi necessary or medication is enough, please suggest?

Any cyst more than 5cm in size requires surgical evaluation

It is necessary for permanent solution medication is always temporary and cyst has to be removed anyways as it might cause complications follow doctor advice
