Mental relaxation and balance diet is important for milk production you can also use Shatavari powder to increase milk but as per my opinion whatever breast milk you are feeding to your baby will be sufficient for her in spite of trying to increase your breast milk give your baby complementary feeding that will help her much more

Dear parents,
As you know every thing has a upper limit, so also mother is, after 5months milk production reached its upper limit by no way this production would increase after 5months. That why to meet the child increased requirements we start semi solid diet.
For your knowledge, 100 ml milk gives 70 calories energy.
100ml juices gives 55 calories of energy & 100gm semi solid diet gives 350 calories of energy.
According to me stop milk from 8am to 8pm give semi solid diet like Dal, dalia, khichdi, rice, alu, kela, apple, upaama, halwa, patoliya, raab, kadi, idle, poha etc & from 8pm to 8am give milk if mother milk available its preferable.
