Lactation
My baby is 3 months old. My milk supply is not increasing at all. Infact it has decreased. I am trying everything, pumping, feeding, taking fenugreek powder, granules and also Vinamic tablets suggested by my gynaecologist. Still there is no improvement and I am forced to give formula to my baby. This is very stressful for me as I want to feed my baby as much as possible. What else can be done by me to increase the supply? Also my thyroid level was 7.3. Can it be a factor for low supply? Please suggest.

Thyroid may not be the cause for decrease in milk production but you should go for treatment of Hypothyroidism.
