Low milk supply
I have a three months and 8 days old baby. He is completely on breast feed. He was born 2.5 kg and now he is 6 kgs. In 1 week I noticed that I don't feel tightness or engorged breasts anymore. My breasts are soft all the time. Also they don't feel full anymore. After 4-5 hours I feel little bit heaviness in my breast. Does this mean milk supply has gone down.

If there is inadequate breast milk secretion then you might require supplements which will improve breast milk production.
