Lack of sleep or sleep disorder
My sister have lack of sleep  problem since 2 year she is  not taking any stress but whole night she is  not able to sleep since two days she is not able to sleep in night and day as well.now she is worried about this problem. Please help to get rid of this problem.

Dear Insomnia or inadequate sleep can be due to various reasons. Cell phone is the latest culprit along with stimulants like coffee among many. Get rid of the above if you think that's the problem.
