Lack of focus in my kid
His class teacher tell me that my kid doesn't pay attention in class , is lost in his thoughts, need repeat instructions to complete his work ,what may be causing this ,does he need any help?

Hey, he may be in 2nd or 3rd std , if his grade is persistently poor , along with studies if he has difficulties in performing daily activities you have to consult psychiatrist ,IQ test has to be done
