I have been struggling to focus on my work since long time. I can't concentrate for long time. I find it difficult to get out of my bed and do things every day. I'm bunking my college because I don't feel like doing anything. Everyday. I just want to lay on my bed and spend my time on technology, movies, and such things. My sleep and appetite are not changed. I don't know what I am doing.. Can you help me please?
