Lack of focus
I am in final year of engineering and am not able to focus at all. My mind is always distracted and even when i am doing one work i think of something else and then start to do something else and thus does not complete anything properly. I sometimes feel scattered as well. What to do?

You seem to be in a state of anxiety. Do some regular exercise. Eat well regularly. Reqd in short bursts. Read along with close friends.

Inability to focus is a very common symptom of anxiety. But it can be found in ADHD too, in your case adult ADHD. In Adult ADHD hyperactivity is usually not manifested, it is the lack of attention and concentration that bothers. You should consult a psychiatrist and a detailed evaluation has to be done to confirm the diagnosis and initiate treatment.
