Labour Breathing
After having a panic attack few months ago, I started to feel breathing problems. The problem occurs when I try breath deep. I have consulted doctors, also done E.C.G. but the report revealed nothing serious. I also consulted with psychologist and who counselled me. But still don't feel fully cured. Is it fully mental?

Hello, Panic disorder can cause symptoms that you have described. If psychological therapy alone has not helped you, you might need some medication to completely resolve your problem . Please consult a psychiatrist.
