Labor induction at 38weeke
My height is 143cm. I am in my 38 week and I had a scan in which baby weight is showing 3.3kg. My doctor advised for labour induction to increase the chances of normal delivery.
My cervix is dilated 1cm. Two times sweeping membrane done and lost mucus plug after second time sweeping membrane.
Is it fine to go induced labor at 38week 5days?
Is it fine for baby health?

It is fine to go for delivery at 38 weeks.
But I am more worried about another aspect ;
Is it fine for a 143 cm lady to go for a Normal Delivery when her estimated baby weight is 3.3 kg ?

If the pelvis is adequate
Advised to wait fr spontaneous onset of pains as induction has a high failure rate
