Hi, this is Dr Mathur from Fortis C Doc Hospital, New Delhi. Welcome to practo. The cause of your knock knees may be due to a vitamin D deficiency. I will have to examine you as well to measure the amount of knock knees that you have. At 16 years most of your bone growth has already occurred, so if your deformity is severe, it may not be possible to correct it with only medications and you may need surgical intervention to correct the deformity.
