KNOCK KNEE
I have knock knee my knee touches little in standing position i want to join defance and it becoming a barrier for me . IS IT POSSIBLE TO CURE KNOCK KNEE AT HOME? which exercises AND diet  i should follow to cure this ? i am always been skinny and i never did any kind of physical activity ( any sports) only sitting or laying on bed everytime . WHAT SHOULD I DO ?

Knock knee cant be corrected by itself after completion of bone growth(which is your case) Treatment depends on various factors.Consult orthopedic surgeon for further evaluation and treatmnet
