After the surgery the muscle strength becomes very low and the muscle girth and the girth of the limb decreases and weight bearing on a weak limb leads to angulation or malalignment. It looks thin and sometimes after long walk or standing creates pain. It needs proper and Vigorous Physiotherapy to increase the muscle bulk, strength and girth. It increases the coordination and balance also. Some stretching & strengthening exercises maintains the right angulation
