I am 45 years old. I have stiffness in my knee. I cant walk as my knee does not bend. My blood report is normal. I am taking Altra Day medicine. Can you suggest me some exercise which can reduce swelling and stiffness and atleast i can bend my knee. Please help because now my other knee is also paining because i have to bear the weight on my other leg.

You need to be assessed by a Physiotherapist for available passive and activerange of motion. Keep a towel roll under your knee and press it .hold it for 5 secs and relax. Repeat 20 times thrice everyday. It will help in reduction of swelling and increasing knee strength.
