But right now my uric acid level is 3.5mg/dl which is normal but my swelling and pain of knee is worse than before . Sometimes I cannot move mu legs and it is difficult for me to walk. Is in serious or just a recovering process of uric acid. I am in sort of dillema can any one give me the solution?

If uric acid has come to normal but knee still has swelling then either the report s not true or alternative diagnosis should be thought. Get uric acid repeated after few days , till then continue taking all medication to reduce uric acid as well as dietary modifications. Anti inflammatory can be added. If uric acid comes normal again and swelling still there then joint fluid analysis can be undertaken along with few more tests.
