Knee pain while walking
Have an intermittent knee pain while walking only. No pain while sleeping or sitting. It won't pain always. But when pain starts it sustains for the whole day

It's  due to vitamin d deficiency, get your vitamin d 3 levels checked, you will have to start with suppliments for it

Hi, Greetings Madam, Based on your details, you may had knee twist in recent days or month back. What I am saying is right then it would be ACL is more common. So kindly follow the below exercise. 1. Quadriceps strengthening exercise 2. Stretching to hamstring, piriformis, IT Band 3. Apply taping on medial side of knee 4.Apply hot pack to the knee when ever pain comes 5. Check Ergonomics and correct it. 6. ACL strengthening exercise.

Your problem looks very mild so don't worry just start these exercise ....  Search on Google or you tube 'quadriceps strengthening exercises'..withim 10 days you should start feeling  better..and continue these exercise for 1 and a half month...if doesn't get better even after that see a physiotherapist...
