Knee pain while asleep and hand explode
I feel lot of pain in my knee while sleeping which wales me up in night and during that time my knee is really hot and pains continuously. I have also noticed that from past few days that the skin of my hands is ripping off (not sure how to explain hath ka fattna in english).
What could possibly be wrong?
I am male 28 yrs.

It could be due to arthritis associated with psoriasis
Pl send pictures of skin lesion and painful joints
