Knee pain which progresses up and down
Dear sir, I am having knee pain which progress up and down the knee as day progress. Pain starts just after wake up. I also feels lots of diziness and sleepiness throughout dy inspite of sufficient night sleep. These days i yawns a lot. 7-8 months ago i was diagnosed with vit D deficiency and started taking supracal pro as per physician advice. Now vit D is ok as per recent test, but symptoms still persists. I also feels pain in right eye. Please sugges.

Advice... Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.
