As I understand, you have pain in the knee which increases during activity. This can occur due to excessive muscle strain, ligament injury, or knee cap(patella) pain. You need to consult an Orthopaedic surgeon, who wil examine you thoroughly and may prescribe Xrays, and if needed, blood tests and even MRI.
