Knee pain , limping
62yrs, knee pain X-ray taken doctor adviced simple exercises 2 strengthen d knees however the pain still persists and walking has become difficult, I limp while I walk and the legs appear bent. I have been wearing a knee cap on doctors advice and also vitamin D supplements and Co-ostivestin which I dissolve in water and take once a day as adviced

If u have any injury in the last 3 month then u should go for mri imaging if not, then you should continue strengthening exercises of knee and knee brace should be applied ,and isometric exercise of knee and strengthening exercises of quadriceps muscles
