I am having Right knee pain since last 6 month.
Earlier it was minor but since last 15 days it's very painful and not able to walk properly. But when I sleep or sit, there is no pain at all. It's like normal.
Only while standing or walking, it's paining. Attached Xray digital copy.

X ray is normal. It must be the muscular issue or there may be bursitis ( abnormal collection of liquid in between muscles). You need to get assessed by a pain specialist nearby. Hope this solves your query.
