I've had knee pain for about a year now because of running a lot and even though all my tests seemed normal (even for arthritis) it used to hurt a lot.
Recently I was able to start jogging again but my calf muscles hurt a bit.
I had to stop jogging again and now my joints have started hurting again, especially when they are exposed to cold.
Is this a common thing?
And are there any ways to deal with it?
